Finn Harps (river Finn).

Bit tenuous but Mestalla (the name of Valencia B as well as the A team stadium) is an underground river.

Cardiff used to be called Riverside but the best example is Queens Park Rangers. Queens Park is a park between Kensal Green and Kilburn. There now is an area (and tube station) called Queens Park but it wasn't known as it then

(If a park counts as natural)

As mentioned in another recent thread, the "Werder" of Werder Bremen is an archaic German word meaning a meadow next to a river, and is a reference to the site of their first ground.

Not sure about geographical features, but Pontlottyn Blast Furnace FC surely deserves a mention!

There's Gap Queen's Park, based in Wrexham, who play in the Cymru Alliance league (one level below the WPL). Gap is due to a sponsorship deal with a local recruitment agency, but the Queen's Park bit, i'm not too sure about.

Okay, part two of this thread. What about teams named after specific buildings?

Arsenal (sorry, Pawlu) and Farul Constanta spring to mind, assuming that there was originally an actual arsenal and an actual lighthouse.
