Quick advice needed - Local JJb is shutting down, so got some Adidas trainers on the cheap - these are much needed as the pair I am currently using are over 10 years old and on the way out!

Do I need to break these in or can I run with them striaght away?

I did 3.5 miles on Weds, only pain was my calkfs and I put that down to not streching enough - aiming for 5 miles this time next week!
