I was going to ask the same thing.

But I'll second Bono, and add Condoleeza Rice and Dick Cheney.

Everything he says and everything he does (in his work. I dont know the guy). He is one of those people I took an instant dislike to. I just find him very unfunny.

It's just the opposite with me. I think I'd find him funny reading the phone book.

Jeffrey Archer

I absolutely detest everything about him.

Unhealthily so.

You probably won't be picking up A Prisoner of Birth, then. He was here the other night reading from it.

Paul Wolfowitz has got a horrible, snidey, sneering face. I really hate him.

Oh, and Sian Lloyd.

Q 'What don't you like about Steve Coogan?'
A 'Alan Shearer'

Not sure why that amused me.

And his fucking ridiculous accent, which suits his reductive, reactionary interjections on Start The Week perfectly.

Very short, Marr. I walked past him in the street once and only thought to shake his hand and gush "I loved OK Computer" after the moment had passed.

I'll fourth (by my count) Clarkson. Smug don't enter into it. And while we're at it, all the idiots standing around behind him in the studio grinning. Are they paid!?

Easy targets: Thatcher, Bush, Rice, Blair, Jon Gaunt, another vote for Bono, every single character in Eastenders

(While one might conceivably not like Steve Coogan as an individual, Alan Partridge is surely a classic comedy character?).

No. He (Alan Partridge) is just another of those characters (Mr Bean, Basil Fawlty) who make me cringe. Didnt watch Saxondale, and just didnt like either Calf. Not my bag at all.
