Klinsmann says yes.

Several newspaper report today that the new Germany manager will be Jürgen Klinsmann. His deputy will be Holger Osieck (who had the same job already under Beckenbauer 86-90). There will be a further position of general manager, someone whose job description so far is quite vague (probably PR mostly), which will be filled by Oliver Bierhoff.

Surprises all around. Klinsmann wasn't a name in the discussion at all, as he's had strained relationships with the DFB for years and doesn't have any coaching experience.

Confirmation expected today.
